Preliminary medical inquiries, without human contact
Novolog Group’s Digital Division, together with the startup Kahun, are currently launching “Symptomi” on the Infomed website – an innovative technology enabling people to respond to preliminary medical inquiries by the most “learned” physician in the world.
This is an innovative chatbot for patients to conduct intelligent self-inquiries, based on a platform developed by the Kahun startup and designed to enable telemedicine platforms and clinics to conduct smart initial questioning of each patient prior to his/her appointment with the physician. Kahun’s algorithm recalculates a list of relevant diseases at any given moment.
The list is updated according to each piece of information that the patient provides and offers suggestions for the next questions that could generate the greatest added value to sharpen the diagnosis.
At the end of the process, the system exports a structured summary of the patient and his/her answers.
